Dan Taylor is an artist and IT consultant. An ardent supporter of the arts, he advocates for art and artists from the galleries of LeMoyne to the halls of the Florida State Capitol. He resides in Tallahassee with his partner Tony Archer and their cats Kevin and Bianca.

Retired, Senior Vice President Marsh & McLennan Agency
Don Bourassa is a Maine native, an honors graduate of Dartmouth College and a longtime resident of Tallahassee. He retired from Marsh & McLennan Agency as a Senior Vice President, overseeing risk and insurance programs for large hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the Southeastern US. He is married to the former Eileen Bachemin, a Tallahassee native, and they share a passion for the Visual Arts which led to Mr. Bourassa’s involvement with LeMoyne Arts.

Born and raised in Tallahassee, Stephanie grew up at LeMoyne attending art camps and holiday shows and continues to enjoy art classes through the education program. With an extensive background in fundraising and marketing, she successfully worked to re-establish the Art & Soul Celebration as an annual LeMoyne fundraiser and served as committee chair for six consecutive years. Stephanie confesses she works only to support her passions – art, travel and music. So far, she has visited 20 countries and attended nearly 200 concerts, continuing to add to her collection.

Kelly Dozier
Senior Vice President, Mad Dog Construction
Born in Tel-Aviv, Israel making Tallahassee her home since 1967, Kelly grew up attending events and taking art classes at LeMoyne. In 2005 she and her husband’s business, Mad Dog Construction became sponsors of the Chain of Parks Art Festival and remain as Presenting Sponsor of the festival. Kelly has served on the LeMoyne board of directors and as President of LeMoyne in 2007, 2008, 2009 and again in 2017, 2018, 2019 and as Chair of the festival since 2007. In 2021, Kelly served as Acting Executive Director through her role as Board Lead Director steering LeMoyne Arts through its Art for Always renaissance of facilities, programming and services in arts and culture for the Big Bend region.

Quia Atkinson
Artist and Owner, QZ Design Gallery
Artist Quia Z Atkinson and owner of QZ Design Gallery creates not only fine art but also luxurious handmade home decor. Quia graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management and a minor in military science. Since starting her business in 2016, Atkinson has received widespread recognition. She has been published by multiple media outlets including both the covers of Tallahassee Woman Magazine and Tallahassee Magazine and countless features including Good Grit Magazine (AL), Travel Pulse Magazine (NJ), Bay Magazine (Tampa) and Emerald Coast. Her creations are comprised of a spectacular mixture of mixed media embellishments including acrylic, glass, crystals and resin that offer a three-dimensional sparkling aspect boasting stunning layers and depth! Quia explains, "I am continually learning & experimenting with new techniques and consistently challenging myself on this journey. Every artwork starts as merely an idea in my mind and once the resin and paint start to flowI have no choice but to follow it wherever it leads me.

Leslie Anderson
Artist and retired art teacher, Leon County Schools
Born and raised in Guatemala City, Central America, Leslie Anderson's first job was an elementary school teacher. Moving to Florida in the mid-80s to continue her education, she received a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design and a Master's in Art Education and Art Therapy at Florida State University. Combining her passion for teaching and art, Anderson worked for the public school system as an art teacher for over 29 years; she retired in September 2020. These past years, as her two children left home, she found the needed time and space to pursue her art, painting.

Attorney, Borntreger Law
Rachel Borntreger is a matrimonial attorney, certified mediator and the founding president of Capital Collaborative Group, a non-profit dedicated to peaceful divorce resolutions. Rachel is a Tallahassee native, second generation member of LeMoyne Arts, and decade-long student of LeMoyne’s resident potter, Nancy Jefferson.

Jami Coleman
Partner, Williams & Coleman, P.A.
Jami Coleman is a partner at Williams & Coleman, P.A. in Tallahassee, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, probate administration, real estate, business, and tax matters. She is a graduate of FSU’s College of Law, and in 2009, she earned her Master of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. She is also a principal manager for Compass Tax Advisors Inc, a Tax Consulting firm. She volunteers with Legal Services of North Florida, Legal Aid Foundation, and FSU Veterans Clinic where she assists low-income taxpayers in resolving disputes with the IRS and other civil matters.
Jami is recognized as a 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 Rising Star with Florida Super Lawyers, and was awarded the Tallahassee Bar Association’s 2017 Thomas M. Ervin, Jr. Distinguished Young Lawyer Award, and the 2016 Nation’s Best Advocate Under 40 by the National Bar Association; however, she considers her most notable accomplishments her three beautiful children.

Paula Fortunas
Retired, Florida State University and Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare
Paula S. Fortunas serves as Chair of LeMoyne’s Capital Campaign. Now retired, her distinguished 40-year career began at Florida State University where she was Foundation CFO, VP for Planned Giving, and adjunct faculty -- working extensively with the Appleton Museum of Art and the Ringling Museum of Art. At Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Paula served as a VP of the hospital, Foundation President & CEO and as the TMH-FSU academic and research liaison. She has been nationally recognized with lifetime achievement awards from the higher education community along with honors and citations from FSU, TMH and the community and region at large. Presently, Paula serves on numerous boards and councils, including: the FSU Colleges of Medicine, Nursing and Social Sciences, TMH Professional Advisory, Capital Medical Society Foundation, the Artists Series, Word of South Festival, and LeMoyne Arts.

Scott McLuckie
President, WestScott Construction Inc.
Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Scott graduated from Florida State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree. As the President and owner of WestScott Construction for over twenty years, Scott is a Certified General Contractor in Florida and Georgia. His company is primarily focused on midsize commercial construction jobs, and the occasional custom residential renovation.
Since childhood, Scott has enjoyed the arts, practicing drawing, turning clay, and working with leather and metals. He was chosen to participate in continuing art education at the prestigious Carnegie Museum of Art and took courses in fine art and photography while attending FSU.
Committed to encouraging youth to continue exploring their love and involvement in the arts, Scott established WestScott Construction as the multi-year Presenting Sponsor of the Mahaska Whitley Student Exhibition and founder of the WestScott Construction Scholarship Award.

Mary Jo Spector
Director of Research Facilities Design, Structure and Maintenance, FSU
Mary Jo Spector is an architect by training and profession and a working artist. She trained as an architect at Penn State, where she squeezed in as many art classes as she could manage between architecture classes.
Mary Jo grew up in Pittsburgh and went to architecture school at Penn State. She currently works at FSU as a project manager with a focus on lab and research projects. She is also an artist with a primary interest in pen and ink drawings but dabbles in other media as the mood strikes. She is a huge supporter of the arts and is in her third term of serving on the board at LeMoyne.
