39th Annual Mahaska Whitley Student Exhibition: High School Art & Senior Portfolio Competition

March 5th - April 4th, 2026

Opening Awards and Reception: Thursday, March 5th, 5:30PM - 7:30PM

Award Ceremony at 6:00PM

Each spring since 1988, LeMoyne Arts has put the spotlight on talented young Tallahassee artists in the Mahaska Whitley Student Exhibition: High School Art & Senior Portfolio Competition.

All Leon County high school students enrolled in an art course are invited to participate in this celebration and exhibition of their immense talent and creativity, on display for all to see! For many students, this opportunity is their first experience presenting artwork in a professional gallery environment.

To encourage students to continue developing their love and involvement in the arts student work is reviewed by a panel of judges from local collegiate art programs and awarded art supply gift certificates. Senior Portfolio winners receive college scholarships through LeMoyne Arts, made possible through generous donations from individuals and businesses.
