Rockwood Pavilion

Transcript

The Charlie and Persis Rockwood Pavilion is used for ceramics programming and has also become a popular area for gatherings in the garden. The Pavilion features several electric kilns located inside the shed, used daily by ceramics students and instructors, as well as an outdoor area for alternative firing techniques such as Raku, Saggar, and pit firing. This is a space for ceramics workshops and demonstrations, and a place where master potters can teach these unique methods.

LeMoyne is proud to offer a setting for artists to learn and participate in these techniques. As you leave, continue through to the other side of the Rockwood Pavilion and toward the trellis, where you’ll find the Lillies Garden.
