Arielle Raff | Executive Director
Originally from Cambridge, MA, Arielle served as an AmeriCorps member in City Year Boston and graduated with honors from New York University in 2000. Her professional and personal life has been in service to the arts as a performer, teacher, and administrator; installing Christo & Jeanne-Claude’s The Gates, Central Park, New York City 1979-2005 being one highlight of many. She met her husband, a Tallahassee native, through involvement with an artist-activist collective in Maine and together, they’ve lived in Tallahassee since 2008. Arielle joined the leadership team of LeMoyne Arts in March 2021.

Kylie Nerney | Education Director
Kylie is a graduate of FSU, with a bachelor's in art and psychology, and a master’s degree in art therapy. As an artist and arts facilitator, she is passionate about engagement with the arts in the Tallahassee community. She has been with LeMoyne Arts for over ten years, and during that time has worked closely with the education branch of the organization. When at home, Kylie spends her time with her dog Frankie, reading, playing board games, and creating artwork using a variety of media, with a focus on paper collage, and painting.

Isabella Al-Sharif | Programming Coordinator
Isabella Al-Sharif, a graduate of the College of Charleston with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art, brings a wealth of artistic expertise to our gallery team. An accomplished artist in her own right, Isabella has showcased her work nationally and garnered international acclaim for her large-scale portraits of empowered women which are meticulously crafted using gold leaf and acrylic. Her passion for art extends beyond her own creations; she thrives within the vibrant art community and enjoys curating exhibitions that inspire and provoke thought. Isabella is delighted to contribute her skills and enthusiasm to our gallery, enriching our commitment to showcasing diverse and compelling artworks.

Carrie Gaudio | Office Manager
A native of Tallahassee and a lifelong participant in LeMoyne Arts programming, Carrie seeks to build community through systems improvement and strategic operations. Graduating Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Sociology from Florida State University, Carrie previously worked for many years at the Agency for Health Care Administration as the Policy Coordinator for Health Information Technology overseeing statewide health information exchange initiatives, and as the Executive Director of an Aging In Place organization. Carrie has provided office management and bookkeeping for small businesses, and provided operations, marketing, and infrastructure development consultation for local and national companies and nonprofits. Carrie currently serves as an officer on the Boards of Directors of the Red Hills Community Cemetery and the SAIL High School Foundation, and volunteers with other local nonprofits, including Southern Shakespeare Company and Grassroots Free School.

Caroline Kuhlmeier | Studio Manager
Caroline is a graduate of Florida State University with a BFA in Studio Art. She has worked with LeMoyne Arts summer camp for 6 years and was hired in the gallery June 2020. Adept in multiple computer software, Caroline helps develop LeMoyne Arts' digital and printed content. As a teacher for LeMoyne Education, she is passionate about giving her students the confidence to push their artistic abilities. In her free time, Caroline enjoys working on her own creative practice of digital illustration, animation, and whatever media she wants to tackle next.

Powell K. Kreis | Festival Manager
Born and raised in Tallahassee, Powell is an alumna of SAIL High School, Youth Leadership Tallahassee, and a graduate of the University of North Florida with a BFA in Fine Art, Painting, Drawing, and Printmaking. Powell worked as a jewelry and accessory designer at Chico’s FAS headquarters for six years and moved back to Tallahassee in early 2019 as a freelance jewelry designer. Powell joined the LeMoyne Arts team as the Chain of Parks Art Festival Manager in the summer of 2019. In 2021, Powell became LeMoyne’s Programming Director, curating exhibits and managing special events. Starting in 2024, Powell Kreis will be focusing her management talents exclusively as the Chain of Parks Art Festival Manager

Gabrielle Quintero | Venue Coordinator & Exhibit Associate
Gabrielle is a Tallahassee local who grew up going to LeMoyne for art classes and summer camps. She has always had a passion for the expression of culture and the human spirit. An alumnus of Florida State, she earned a degree in Art History with minors in Religion and History and gained experience in historic preservation and archival work through internships at both Pebble Hill Plantation and Gadsden Arts Center & Museum. Before joining the team at LeMoyne, Gabrielle spent a year living in Valencia, Spain teaching English at a local primary school, deepening her love of travel, culture, and art even more. In her spare time Gabrielle enjoys pursuing any and every form of art, reading, or planning her next trip. You may also find her performing around town as a company member of the Tallahassee Irish Step Dancers.

Murphy Movsovitz | Community Connection Coordinator
Murphy is an FSU graduate and student; he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and International Affairs with a minor in Museum Studies and is pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Art History. His experience in the Tallahassee art community began at FSU’s Museum of Fine Arts as a volunteer and has flourished after completing an internship at the MoFA and at LeMoyne. Murphy is deeply passionate about the arts and has made it his life’s mission to spread the sublimity of the arts. Outside of the gallery shop and the internship program at LeMoyne, Murphy enjoys adventuring out into nature, traveling to new places, and reading a good fantasy novel.

Cyrus Paul | Gallery Shop Associate
Winner of LeMoyne’s 2022 Student Volunteer Award, Cyrus joined the LeMoyne staff in December 2022. Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Cyrus studies music at Florida State University, graduating Spring 2023. His primary instruments are clarinet, saxophone, and bassoon. The Music Entrepreneurship Faculty at FSU awarded Cyrus seed funding to lead his own jazz ensemble In Fall 2023. He has a strong fondness for the arts, draws occasionally, and enjoys mixed media and art that “pops out” in both the figurative and literal sense. In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games and making music for himself.

Kalliope Smid | Education Assistant
A graduate from Tallahassee Community College, Kalliope won best in show at the TCC student’s Art exhibition in 2019 and has plans to further her college career in the future in Florida State University’s arts program. She has been with the LeMoyne Education program as a camper, a volunteer, and as an assistant for many years. In her free time, she likes to spend time discussing books and movies with her international book club.
