Arielle Raff | Executive Director
Originally from Cambridge, MA, Arielle served as an AmeriCorps member in City Year Boston and graduated with honors from New York University in 2000. Her professional and personal life has been in service to the arts as a performer, teacher, and administrator; installing Christo & Jeanne-Claude’s The Gates, Central Park, New York City 1979-2005 being one highlight of many. She met her husband, a Tallahassee native, through involvement with an artist-activist collective in Maine and together, they’ve lived in Tallahassee since 2008. Arielle joined the leadership team of LeMoyne Arts in March 2021.

Powell Kreis | Programming Director & Festival Manager
Born and raised in Tallahassee, Powell is an alumna of SAIL High School, Youth Leadership Tallahassee and a graduate of University of North Florida with a BFA in Fine Art, Painting, Drawing, and Printmaking. Powell worked as a jewelry and accessory designer at Chico’s FAS headquarters for six years, and in 2019 moved back to Tallahassee and became LeMoyne's Chain of Parks Art Festival Manager. She now serves as Programming Director responsible for LeMoyne’s exhibits and events, Chain of Parks Art Festival, Art & Soul Celebration, and the Holiday Show.

Kylie Nerney | Education Director
Kylie is a graduate of FSU, and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in the university’s Art Therapy program. As an artist and arts facilitator, she is passionate about engagement with the arts in the Tallahassee community. She has been with LeMoyne Arts for over ten years, and during that time has worked closely with the education branch of the organization. When at home, Kylie spends her time with her dog Frankie, creating artwork using a variety of media, with a focus on paper collage, and painting.

Danielle Dozier | Membership & Business Manager
Danielle has her Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology from the University of West Florida and is finishing her Master’s Degree at Florida State University. In 2005, Danielle started volunteering at LeMoyne events, leading to 2016 as a part-time Event Assistant working for Chain of Parks Art Festival and Art & Soul Celebration. She has training in museum and collection management, curation, property management and marketing. A long-time lover of LeMoyne, Danielle was hired as Office Manager in January 2020. In her free time Danielle enjoys gardening, creating art, and spoiling her two cats.

Caroline Kuhlmeier | Media & Communications Coordinator
Caroline is a graduate of Florida State University with a BFA in Studio Art. She has worked with LeMoyne Arts summer camp for 6 years and was hired in the gallery June 2020. Adept in multiple computer software, Caroline helps develop LeMoyne Arts' digital and printed content. As a teacher for LeMoyne Education, she is passionate about giving her students the confidence to push their artistic abilities. In her free time, Caroline enjoys working on her own creative practice of digital illustration, animation, and whatever media she wants to tackle next.

Chloe Patterson | Gallery Shop Manager
Chloe graduated from FSU with a degree in History and Criticism of Art. Her career at LeMoyne began in 2021, after being recognized as an outstanding volunteer. Initially hired as a Gallery Associate, she honed excellent skills working with our artists and was soon promoted to her current position as Gallery Shop Manager. In her free time, Chloe loves relaxing with a glass of wine, hanging with her two golden retrievers Bailey and Bandit, and most recently, navigating the ups and downs of being a new parent to Libby, a beautiful baby girl! (Congratulations Chloe & Landen!) Chloe has returned from maternity leave (welcome back, Chloe!), and is transitioning into the role of Exhibit Curator for LeMoyne’s Gallery.

Anthony Treadaway | Community Connect Coordinator
Anthony is a Tallahassee native who recently graduated with a degree in Communication and Art History from DePauw University. One of his highlights at DePauw was his published thesis research on "Public Art In The United States By Black Artists (1980s - Present)" . At his core, he enjoys forming meaningful relationships with artists and local community members. Passionate about building communities through nonprofit and service-oriented work that elevates underrepresented voices he felt LeMoyne was a perfect fit. In his free time, he’s checking off a new form of fitness from the list: weightlifting, hot yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and kayaking. Lover all things music as well, vinyl records help him to discover new artists and enjoy a more intimate listening experience.

Cyrus Paul | Gallery Associate
Winner of LeMoyne’s 2022 Student Volunteer Award, Cyrus joined the LeMoyne staff in December 2022. Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Cyrus studies music at Florida State University, graduating Spring 2023. His primary instruments are clarinet, saxophone, and bassoon. The Music Entrepreneurship Faculty at FSU awarded Cyrus seed funding to lead his own jazz ensemble In Fall 2023. He has a strong fondness for the arts, draws occasionally, and enjoys mixed media and art that “pops out” in both the figurative and literal sense. In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games and making music for himself.

Kalliope Smid | Education Assistant
A graduate from Tallahassee Community College, Kalliope won best in show at the TCC student’s Art exhibition in 2019 and has plans to further her college career in the future in Florida State University’s arts program. She has been with the LeMoyne Education program as a camper, a volunteer, and as an assistant for many years In her free time, she likes to spend time discussing books and movies with her international book club.

Nancy Jefferson | Resident Potter and Kiln Technician
Nancy is currently the Resident Potter and kiln technician at LeMoyne where she has managed the ceramics studio for over 10 years. She teaches private groups, leads live alternative firing demonstrations at LeMoyne, and creates her own work which is on display at LeMoyne’s Gallery Shop. She enjoys biking the local forest trails and kayaking the Gulf and area rivers.Nancy’s nature-inspired ceramics are influenced by a childhood spent outdoors, the many skilled instructors she studied under, and the amazing environments in which she’s had the pleasure to live.
