
Stained Glass Open Studio
Stained glass open studio sessions are a chance for experienced students to keep creating! Designed for students looking to develop and improve their skills through additional studio time, students will work independently and without instruction during their sessions. Studio time can be spent creating, planning, or finishing work.
Requirements: Must have been previously enrolled in a LeMoyne Arts Stained Glass class and recommended for graduation to open studio hours by your instructor.
If you are new to stained glass and looking to learn by hands-on instruction, please take one of our stained glass classes prior to enrolling in open studio.

Guidelines:

Students must be able to confidently work safely and independently. No instruction is provided during sessions.

Students may arrive/depart at any time during the open studio.

Please be thoughtful about noise levels – bring headphones for music, keep conversations at a low volume, and respect the shared working space.

Students are expected to fully clean up their station, tools, and work; please leave enough time at the end of the evening to do so. Practice lab ends promptly at the scheduled time.

Production-level work is not permitted during open studio.

A studio monitor will be on site during studio hours to ensure safe and respectful use of the studio.

Open studio is intended for experienced students. Should a student be unable to demonstrate competence in navigating use of the studio and art making process independently and safely as determined by the studio supervisor they will receive a refund for remaining studio hours and be asked to take an additional class before enrolling in future studio hours. Refund amount is prorated based on how many weeks of studio hours remain.
