ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORAngelina Rodgers
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Angelina currently studies Painting and Ceramics at Rhode Island School of Design. They also study Art History and have a profound love for writing and editing all kinds of writing. Angelina moved to Tallahassee for summer 2022 with their mom, Pamela Lindeback, who is receiving her MFA in Interior Design at FSU. Angelina has learned many new art-making techniques in their foundation year at RISD, including printmaking, charcoal drawing, mixed media collage, sculpture, textile dyeing and quilting, ceramic sculpture, and wheel-throwing. They are excited to pass on some of the skills they learned to the students at LeMoyne. With a passion for nature and environmentalism, Angelina’s classes are nature-themed, but they encourage and will facilitate explorations in media and content. They hope their students leave the studio with new knowledge, rich experience, and an openness to experimentation.
